Critical Skills:

  • Highly proficient in write, read , Vietnamese and English
  • Possess their own laptop/desktop
  • Strong internet connection at home

Location: Vietnam ONLY (WFH)

Salary: VND14,000,000 (MYR2,600) gross max per month

Job Description

  • Customer service by telephone, mail and chat.
  • Sometimes required to use some level of judgement in defining solutions, adapt existing process, and escalate critical or more complex queries to the next level for resolution.
  • Have the ability to deliver quality work in a fast paced environment.
  • Understand client policies and guidelines.
  • Attend and solve doubts complaints and comments to users/customers.
  • Ability to perform different tasks at once.
  • Flexible to work in shifts.

Qualifications: Possess and experience in CS role/ Fresher can be considered
