Job Description

Telephone companies hire customer service agents or representatives to address their customers' communication needs. A customer service representative helps customers acquire service or directs them to technical experts who can help with telecommunication problems or issues.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age and above
  • At least High School Graduate with 6months Call Center Experience
  • 2years COMPLETED in college (with NO Back Subjects) are welcome to apply even if no Call Cenmter Experience
  • Willing to work full-time (No Part-time)
  • Average to excellent English communication skills
  • Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule – nightshift
  • Available to Start ASAP
  • MUST be self Confident and Self Motivated

 

Salary Package:

  • Php 12, 000 – Php 20, 000
