Nezda Technologies Inc. is currently looking for Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for the following,
π Support our Australian residential internet, mobile phone or home phone customers with billing and account queries.
π Resolve customer issues by telephone.
π Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
β
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Host Certificate; Graduate of any 2 or 4-year course is favorable.
β
12 months BPO Experience is preferred.
β
Excellent customer service attitude.
β
At least average English communication skills.
β
Experience with billing, processing payment, credit card payments or financial matters is desired.
β
Experience with a telecommunications or mobile account is an advantage.
