Qualifications:
✅ Graduate of any courses/diploma.
✅ Must have 2 years related experience as Workforce RTA in BPO Company.
✅ Willing to work with rotational shifts.
✅ Willing to work onsite.

Job Description:
👉🏻 Responsible for intra-day management processes for operations located in Philippines.
👉🏻 Create and manage reports for internal and external customers.
👉🏻 Efficiently manage intra-day staffing and service level.
👉🏻 Provide timely and accurate reports on intra-day performance.
