Nezda Technologies Inc. is currently looking for Account Manager – VERY URGENT HIRING!
Qualifications:
✅ Has a minimum of 2 years working experience in SALES field.
✅ Willing to work on a hybrid setup (both WFH and onsite).
✅ Willing to join ASAP or in 15 to 30 days for those currently employed.
Responsibilities:
❗️ Establishes and develops good business relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
❗️ Participate in client conference calls, attending client meetings and responding to client requests as appropriate and approved by the Account Manager.
❗️ Compile meeting agenda; facilitate meeting setup, record meeting minutes and additional communication items.
❗️ Consult with clients on open requisitions or opportunities, make recommendations, and assist with upcoming projects.
❗️ Work closely with Delivery Team, Finance Team and Operations Team to address issues escalated by clients.
❗️ Maintain and update a variety of monthly, quarterly, etc reports.
❗️ Carry out any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
