Nezda Technologies Inc. is currently looking for Assistant Manager – Healthcare.
Qualifications:
π Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably PHRN/BSN.
π At least 2 years of Training experience as a Supervisor/Assistant Manager.
π Solid knowledge and experience in the US Healthcare vertical.
Job Responsibilities:

Work with Operations, Training and Quality teams to identify performance gaps from a training perspective.
β
Analyzed performance gaps and provide recommendations to meet target metrics.
β
Deliver and facilitate training programs.
β
Manage a group of trainers and develop an effective relationship that produces results.
β
Provide floor support and communication coaching to all employees including leadership and support.
β
Develop activities or modules to supplement existing programs or initiatives.
β
Gather data from operations to measure training program effectiveness.
β
Prepare training reports like training effectiveness measures, completion report, etc.
β
Analyzed training effectiveness sores and propose improvement initiative.
