Nezda Technologies Inc. is currently looking for Assistant Manager – Healthcare.
Qualifications:
👉 Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably PHRN/BSN.
👉 At least 2 years of Training experience as a Supervisor/Assistant Manager.
👉 Solid knowledge and experience in the US Healthcare vertical.
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Work with Operations, Training and Quality teams to identify performance gaps from a training perspective.
✅ Analyzed performance gaps and provide recommendations to meet target metrics.
✅ Deliver and facilitate training programs.
✅ Manage a group of trainers and develop an effective relationship that produces results.
✅ Provide floor support and communication coaching to all employees including leadership and support.
✅ Develop activities or modules to supplement existing programs or initiatives.
✅ Gather data from operations to measure training program effectiveness.
✅ Prepare training reports like training effectiveness measures, completion report, etc.
✅ Analyzed training effectiveness sores and propose improvement initiative.
