👉🏻 This is a group of psychologists who will be doing teleconsult/counseling for people in multiple countries like Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Australia. This is for the mental health of the members.
👉🏻 EAP intake line supports multiple languages, global is expected to support only English/PHL calls.
👉🏻 Emotional Well-being team interacts with members of diverse ethnicities across the world.
👉🏻 Emotional Well-being team caters to in-house employees.
👉🏻 The process is not limited to call intake but also involves referral to in-country affiliate partners for a face-to-face consult.
