Qualifications:
✅ Have earned a Bachelor’s/College Degree of any field.
✅ Tenure in current company must be not less than 3 years.
✅ Must have at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
✅ BPO experience is highly preferred.
✅ Must have experience in managing large accounts.
✅ Must have excellent MS Office and A-Plus skills.
✅ Must have strong technology proficiency and excellent organizational skills.
✅ Must be amenable to work shifting schedules.
Job Description:
👉🏻 Coordinates and manages activities supporting company growth primarily in Insurance Services, RM and Contact Centers.
👉🏻 Developing and supporting sales presentations and related to RFP/RFI responses.
👉🏻 Will partner with members of Sales, Business Development, Client Services, Marketing, Insurance Services and CCS Operations to develop marketing strategies, sales presentations, and strategic initiatives.
