Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree.
✅ Must have 2 years of professional experience in a non-voice customer service function with direct experience managing customer feedback, complaints, inquiries, etc. through various online platforms.
✅ Must have excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills with strong comprehension of English language and US vernacular.
