Qualifications:

College graduate Any 4-year course; preferably a Business Degree.

Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a Customer Service function β life insurance particularly retention.
β
Exposure in the Banking/Insurance Industry is a plus.
β
Has experience using multiple/non-traditional channels in customer servicing (chat, new media).
Job Description:
ππ» Responsible for effective execution of retention and renewal activities that will contribute to achieving target renewal premiums.
ππ» Responsible for effective execution of Customer Retention Program and In-force Management activities.
ππ» Expected to provide end-to-end customer servicing using different communication channels such as voice, email and chat.
ππ» Rebuild and maintain a relationship with direct and in-force clients.
ππ» Provide customer servicing related to inquiries, policy changes, billing and payments.
ππ» Provides recommendation and solutions to complicated scenarios.
ππ» Take escalated calls for ownership and resolution of soft complaints.
