Qualifications:
✅ Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably business/marketing/admin/ management).
✅ Has at least 6 months of experience in any Insurance Sales experience, Customer Service, and Account Management, but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
✅ Open to Contractual Based position with possible absorption and extension.
Job Description:
📌 Liaise with Analysis & Control Team regarding pricing and servicing propositions for Clients, Partners, and Brokers.
📌 Track and tap both new and existing clients with a growth mindset of increasing the company’s revenue.
📌 Promote Corporate Solutions thru product briefing, cross-selling / upselling, and client presentation.
📌 Ensure Clients, Partners and Brokers are informed about new services and products.
📌 Provide regular Business Reviews with Key Accounts, Partners, and Brokers.
📌 Address concerns of corporate clients (or internal dependencies) in coordination with the concerned Department.
📌 Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
📌 Attend to administrative functions associated with the development and expansion of the assigned distribution sales portfolio.
📌 Regularly update & monitor the status of all group claims submitted and corporate accounts billing & collectibles.
