Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch across all channels
✅ Demonstrating strong product, brand and industry knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
✅ Meet targets and requirements set by the client and management
✅ Appropriate knowledge and information shared by the client and management team
✅ Take the extra mile to engage with consumers

Skills:
❗️ Advanced English level (B2) both written and spoken
❗️ Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
❗️ Contact center experience of at least 1 year
❗️ Track record of achieving targets
❗️ Problem-solving oriented
❗️ Consumer-oriented mindset
❗️ Great interpersonal skills
❗️ Technology adept
❗️ Familiarity with CRM systems
❗️ Basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems
❗️ Research skills
❗️ Detail-oriented
❗️ Ability to work well in a team as well as on your own

💰 Salary: 5000RM – 7000RM + 600RM Housing allowance
