Nezda is currently hiring for Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional support to multiple locations in #Greece.

📌 Language: Candidate should be Fluent with at least any one of the following: German, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish or Italian

Qualifications:
✅ Has the ability to use Computers – Navigation in desktops
✅ Has the ability to use Internet applications – Knowledge of browsers, clear cookies, settings, Usage of MS Office
✅ Typing skills: Speed: 25 wpm & Accuracy
✅ Multitasking, being able to handle calls while navigating on tools
✅ Has good soft skills
✅ Has Commitment to Quality

Job Description:
❗️Maintenance of good relations between the associates
❗️Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing transactions (call, email) according to the current client’s procedures and processes, which includes but is not limited to:
👉🏻 Technical Support
👉🏻 Customer Service
👉🏻 Sales
👉🏻 Back-office
👉🏻 All executed duties always strive to reach the defined key performance indicator targets.
