Customer Service Representative

Minimum Qualifications:
✅ Must have at least 1-year BPO experience
✅ At least 2nd year in College (completed without any back subjects)
✅ Must be willing to work onsite and be amenable to shifting schedules.

Job Descriptions:
👉 Interact with the customers to provide them with the information and assistance they need on our client’s products and services over the phone.
👉 Create, manage, and drive closure on service requests.
👉 Solve problems, communicate, and promptly handle issues requiring special handling through coordination with various internal departments to find resolution for customer query/issues/concerns.
