✅ Completed 2 years in college + 6 months BPO Experience 
✅ Graduates of 4-year course with at least 6 mos. BPO experience. 
✅ Has a good customer service orientation 
✅ Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
✅ Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
