Customer Service Representative

Nezda Technologies Inc. is looking for Customer Service Representative.

Qualifications:
✅Completed 2 years in College.
✅ Must have BPO work experience in multi-channel (phone, chat, and email).
✅ Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience
Excellent communication skills (68-80 Versant Score – C1).
✅ Predominantly a non-voice account but excellent communication is still required.
✅ Must be amenable to work in Vertis North, Quezon City.
✅ Willingness to work on night shift/ shifting schedule.
✅ Willing to work on onsite setup.
✅ Should have a basic understanding of video and digital technology:
✅ Preferably someone active on social media.

Responsibilities:
📌 Ensure that transactions are processed per the Desktop procedures.
📌 Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA(Service level agreement) and Internal standards.
📌 Ensure that the quality of the transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by process excellence.
📌 Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules.
📌 Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
📌 Ensure that the quality of the transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by process excellence.
