Customer Service Representative

Nezda Technologies Inc. is currently looking for Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for the following,

πŸ“Œ Support our Australian residential internet, mobile phone or home phone customers with billing and account queries.
πŸ“Œ Resolve customer issues by telephone.
πŸ“Œ Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
βœ… Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Host Certificate; Graduate of any 2 or 4-year course is favorable.
βœ… 12 months BPO Experience is preferred.
βœ… Excellent customer service attitude.
βœ… At least average English communication skills.
βœ… Experience with billing, processing payment, credit card payments or financial matters is desired.
βœ… Experience with a telecommunications or mobile account is an advantage.
