đź’° Salary: P 21,000 Basic Pay + P 4,000 Allowance.

Qualifications:
âś… Generic BPO profiles and Telco experience in Billing is preferred.
âś… At least 1 year minimum experience.
âś… Undergraduate is okay, open to HS Graduate (old curriculum).
âś… Should be okay to report onsite fully during training (4-6 months); Eligible for hybrid set-up once endorsed to production.
Job Responsibilities:
đź“Ś Support our Australian residential internet, mobile phone, or home phone customers with billing and account queries.
đź“Ś Resolve customer issues by telephone.
đź“Ś Provide excellent customer service.
