Customer Service Representative (Telco)

Nezda Technologies Inc. is hiring Customer Service Representative (Telco).

💰 Salary: P 21,000 Basic Pay + P 4,000 Allowance.
📍Location: Ortigas, Pasig

Qualifications:
✅ Generic BPO profiles and Telco experience in Billing is preferred.
✅ At least 1 year minimum experience.
✅ Undergraduate is okay, open to HS Graduate (old curriculum).
✅ Should be okay to report onsite fully during training (4-6 months); Eligible for hybrid set-up once endorsed to production.

Job Responsibilities:
📌 Support our Australian residential internet, mobile phone, or home phone customers with billing and account queries.
📌 Resolve customer issues by telephone.
📌 Provide excellent customer service.
