With at least 3 to 5 years experience as Dialer Manager (Workforce)

Experience in handling US consumer collections (operations)

Excellent project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time
Job Description:
ππ» In charge of the management of phone systems including list management, adherence metrics, and staffing in the operations.
ππ» Providing leadership, guidance, and day-to-day support for the workforce management team including measurable goals and objectives for each direct report.
ππ» Ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize organizational risks.
ππ» In charge of the execution of dialer strategy for multiple departments not limited to compliance guidance for outbound campaigns, payment reports, and workforce management.
