Nezda is looking for IT Service Desk Analyst.
✅ Graduate of IT, Computer Science or any related courses.
✅ With at least 1-3 years experience as IT support technician, IT service desk or technical support.
👉🏻 Responsible in providing technical support to the company’s team members.
👉🏻 Assist in users technical problems and resolving the problem efficiently.
👉🏻 Responsible in assisting in internal processes such as user creation, remote access assistance and act as the contact person to answer common inquiries, while working in an active directory environment.
👉🏻 Design and implement processes that will improve the support experience.
👉🏻 Ensure accurate documentations and compliance with established IT and with the company’s policies and procedures.
