Qualifications:

Fluent in Italian and English.

Graduate of any course.

With at least 6 months service desk support experience using Italian language and in BPO setup.

Knowledge in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting is an advantage.
Job Description:
ππ» Assist customer through phone, chat, email, or tickets raised via portal following proper processes and procedures using Italian language.
ππ» Analyze and resolve issues based on your interpretation and resolution of technical issues raised by users.
ππ» Responsible in providing quality support to users in solving their issues and clients in on boarding their businesses by utilizing technical skills and knowledge in different technology.
ππ» Report and log details needed and make sure accuracy of data.
