Italian Technical Support Specialist

Nezda is hiring Italian Technical Support Specialist.

Qualifications:
βœ… Fluent in Italian and English.
βœ… Graduate of any course.
βœ… With at least 6 months service desk support experience using Italian language and in BPO setup.
βœ… Knowledge in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting is an advantage.

Job Description:
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Assist customer through phone, chat, email, or tickets raised via portal following proper processes and procedures using Italian language.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Analyze and resolve issues based on your interpretation and resolution of technical issues raised by users.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Responsible in providing quality support to users in solving their issues and clients in on boarding their businesses by utilizing technical skills and knowledge in different technology.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Report and log details needed and make sure accuracy of data.
