Nezda is hiring Italian Technical Support Specialist.
✅ Fluent in Italian and English.
✅ Graduate of any course.
✅ With at least 6 months service desk support experience using Italian language and in BPO setup.
✅ Knowledge in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting is an advantage.
👉🏻 Assist customer through phone, chat, email, or tickets raised via portal following proper processes and procedures using Italian language.
👉🏻 Analyze and resolve issues based on your interpretation and resolution of technical issues raised by users.
👉🏻 Responsible in providing quality support to users in solving their issues and clients in on boarding their businesses by utilizing technical skills and knowledge in different technology.
👉🏻 Report and log details needed and make sure accuracy of data.
