Job responsibilities:
👉 Responsible for supervisory support, escalation/complaint handling and delivering results as per Service Level Agreement targets / timelines.
👉 Administer team performance in the department through efficient coaching and monitoring.
👉 Motivates a team Sales personnel in achieving operations and sales targets.
👉 Reviews and improvise internal processes.
👉 Improving the work environment and operations of your department and the organization as a whole.
Qualifications:
✅ Graduate of any courses/Diploma.
✅ Must have 3 years related experience preferably Medical/Healthcare.
✅ Willing to work with Rotational Shifts.
