Nezda Technologies Inc. is actively hiring for Policy Services Specialist who will be responsible for the following,
✅ Perform thorough appraisal and provides accurate approval of after-sales transactions within approval authority.
✅ Administers payout of policy benefits and ensures accurate and timely payment of the same.
✅ Makes proper monitoring of paid and outstanding items; ascertain only approved transactions are paid out and outstanding payouts are duly relayed to Policy Owner.
✅ Maintains quality service by following set company standards.
✅ Meets service level standards in processing all after-sales policy transactions.
💰 Salary: Up to P 25,000.
Qualifications:
👉🏻 Customer service oriented.
👉🏻 3-year experience in insurance operational processes or 1-year experience in AXA’s operational processes.
👉🏻 Open to Contractual Based position with possible absorption and extensions.
