Qualifications:
✅ With 2 to 3 years of experience in quality assurance in BPO setup
✅ Experience as QA Team Lead
✅ Six Sigma Green Belt certified or trained resource with domain experience is an advantage
✅ Excellent communication skills in English
✅ Good knowledge of Audit and Evaluation function
Job Description:
👉🏻 Supervise a group of quality evaluators.
👉🏻 Working with all stakeholders to ensure that the quality metrics are reviewed, closed, and agreed upon.
👉🏻 Make the QA team aware of the Quality matrix and resolve all the queries.
👉🏻 Responsible for coaching and developing quality evaluators to improve process and transaction monitoring.
👉🏻 Responsible for regular audits and quality checks of all transaction to ensure that it complies with pre-set standards and policies.
