Nezda Technologies Inc. is hiring Senior Order Management Analyst.
💰 Salary: Up to P45,000!
Qualifications:
✅ Minimum 5 years experience in Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
✅ Must have experience in end-to-end order fulfillment process (from Receipt of Purchase Order, SAP Encoding of Orders, Stocks Availability/Inventory Monitoring, Monitoring of Products in Transit, and On Time and In Full Delivery) managing goods.
✅ Must have experience in closely collaborating with different cross functional teams (supply chain, sales team, logistics, etc.) to ensure on time and in full delivery of goods.
✅ Must have at least 1 year experience managing direct reports. Preferably as a Team Lead.
✅ Must have very strong verbal and written English Communication skills.
✅ Must have strong exposure/understanding of Stocks Availability and Shelf-Life management.
✅ Must be amenable to work in a Hybrid Setup and on a Night Shift schedule.
✅ Open to Contract Based Job.
Job Description:
👉🏻 Order Management.
👉🏻 Manage end to end order to invoice cycle of assigned accounts including checking of credit, inventory status, delivery schedules.
👉🏻 Manage the delivery of KPIs –> order entry, container utilization, On time Delivery, Case Fill Rate, Shelf Life.
👉🏻 Lead investigation and issue resolution on order-related issues. Coordinate with key stake holders and service providers to address immediate issues and put in place corrective actions.
👉🏻 Closely coordinate with warehouse, planners, supply chain and commercial teams to requests, feedback and support needed to execute orders.
