Nezda Technologies Inc. is currently looking for Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist.
Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology or any related degree program.
At least 2 years cumulative experience in recruitment with responsibility for high volume recruitment gained from Call Center/BPO industry.
Knowledge of major developments and practices in recruitment and hiring in the BPO/Call Center industry to fully competent level.
Conduct initial video / face to face interviews with external candidates.
Administer online assessments to qualified candidates.
Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.
Schedule interviews, assessments and job offer discussions of selected candidates.
Sourcing – initiated by publishing Job Description to all the available sourcing channels; this includes Direct Sourcing (Job Portal, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Social Media – LinkedIn, Facebook).
Participates and attends relevant industry and profession-related associated events to network with candidates and enhance company visibility.
