Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree.
✅ 2-3 years of sourcing manager or 1-2 years of Senior Manager experience supporting agent volume hiring in a BPO setup.
Job Description:
👉🏻 Increase and produce significant applicant flow to exceed operational needs.
👉🏻 Work collaboratively with Operations, this position will understand staffing needs and proactively find innovative methods of sourcing candidates.
👉🏻 Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures, and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
👉🏻 A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
👉🏻 Work is performed within broadly defined areas of regulations and procedures and may be reviewed and monitored by superiors or auditors.
