Job Description:
❗️Monitoring Attendance and sending Attendance Reports.
❗️Facilitate Team Huddles and Updates.
❗️Submit and present the Performance Report to the client.
❗️Coaching on Performance and Attendance (aligned with client policies).
❗️Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) Weekly Checkpoint.
❗️DTR Validation.
❗️Motivate team members and identify any challenges affecting employee morale.
❗️Analyze Incident trends, and recommend and implement actions, with approval, to reduce Incidents.
❗️Undertake peer reviews as required to improve the quality of work, and body of knowledge, of the Service Desk team.
❗️Mentor staff to improve the capabilities and usefulness of the Service Desk team.
❗️Work both independently as well as part of a team to ensure that work gets completed.
❗️Share knowledge as and when required with other staff.
❗️Any other task or activity that will contribute to the successful operation.
