Nezda is currently looking for US Offshore Recruiter & Offshore Recruiter (Canada).

We are looking for motivated & talented individuals who meet the following qualifications:

✅ Minimum of 4 years US Recruiter experience
✅ Minimum of 1-year Canadian Recruiter experience
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✅ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
✅ Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
✅ Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with Boolean Search Strings
