USRN Trainer, Supervisor, and Manager (for USRN only)

Qualifications:
✅ USRN Mainland
✅ PHRN

Trainer/TL
👉 2 years of training experience through any industry – Not strictly under BPO 
👉 Utilization Management (UM) experience.

Supervisor
👉 Non-healthcare BPO experience is accepted
👉 We can accept those who don’t have hospital experience, as long as they are at least a Team Leader in a BPO setup (even non-healthcare).
👉 Minimum 2 years relevant experience.

Manager
👉 Experience managing remote teams
👉 At least 2 years of BPO Healthcare experience in a leadership role
👉 Utilization Management (UM) experience for 1 year
